Celery, sage, za'atar and parsley give aromatic flavor to this Chicken and Potato Soup with Herbs. It's super-easy to make with ingredients you probably already have on hand, but you may want to reserve the recipe for times when you have leftover chicken in the fridge. Serve it as a starter, lunch or light supper. A vegetarian version can be made by omitting the chicken.
