For a nice break from vinaigrette and creamy dressings, try this refreshing chopped Romaine and Orange Salad. Orange flower water, lemon juice and sugar provide the subtle Moroccan flavoring.
The salad takes just minutes to throw together, but do allow plenty of time for the salad to chill and for the oranges to macerate. More fresh orange juice can be added for those who like things extra sweet and juicy.
