Moroccan Carrots with Paprika and Cumin

If you like carrots, this easy Moroccan Carrot Salad with Paprika and Cumin is bound to become a favorite. The olive oil, garlic and lemon juice marinade adds zesty flavor while allowing the naturally sweet taste of carrots to shine. It's versatile, too, since it can be served warm or made in advance and chilled.
