If you're looking for new foods to present on your Ramadan iftar table, these Tuna Briouats with Cheese and Onions make a surprisingly delicious addition. My family made quick work of them the other day, and a personal perk for me was that the ingredients are all staples in my kitchen, allowing me to make the filling and pastries on fairly short notice.
As with other briouats, the pastries may be folded well in advance of cooking and refrigerated or frozen until frying time.
