You can't tell from the photo, but these fried fish have been stuffed with chermoula, a zesty Moroccan marinade. Although we usually select smaller whiting for pan-frying since they're delicious even without any seasoning, the Fried Whiting with Chermoula Recipe is a nice variation and well-suited for larger whiting, which tend to be less flavorful on their own.
A popular side to fried fish is Stewed White Beans, shown here. I'll be making the vegetarian version today since they'll be offered with whiting, but meat may be added when serving the beans as your main dish.
