This easy Fava Bean Salad with Moroccan spices and optional preserved lemon is one of my favorite way to cook ful while they're in season. We start with fresh beans - boiled but not peeled - then mix them with a zesty, tangy sauce flavored with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika and cumin. Prepared this way, the fava beans are served as a side and eaten as a dip or finger food.
