This moist Moroccan Orange Cake is a family favorite, consistently earning compliments from those I serve it to - and from those who have taken time to review it for the site. Quick and easy to prepare from scratch, I find it delicious without frosting, but you can embellish it with icing if you like. One very large orange, or two medium oranges, should yield the half cup of fresh orange juice used in the recipe. Serve it as a dessert or snack, or offer it at a Moroccan tea time.
