Moroccan Pomegranate Juice Recipe

Fresh Pomegranate Juice flavored with lemon and orange flower water

Pomegranates are a superfruit – high in antioxidants, Vitamin C and fiber. This easy Moroccan recipe combines the juice from naturally sweet pomegranate seeds with lemon juice and orange flower water.

Serves 2.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 pomegranates
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons orange flower water (optional)

Preparation:

Seed the pomegranates. Wash the seeds, and then pass them through a juicer or food mill.

Strain the juice if desired. Stir in the sugar, lemon juice, and orange flower water. Serve immediately over ice.
