Squeeze Lemon Juice on the Fresh Artichoke Heart

Squeeze lemon juice on the artichoke heart to prevent it from turning brown.

Immediately squeeze or rub lemon juice on the artichoke heart and bottom to prevent it from oxidizing. Set it aside in a bowl with some lemon until you finish cleaning all of your artichokes.
